About ICTE-NET 2026

在“双碳”目标引领与全球交通能源结构系统性转型的背景下,交通系统正经历由传统燃油驱动向电动化、智能化、网联化的深刻变革。新能源汽车、智能交通基础设施、车路协同技术与清洁能源体系的深度融合,正在重塑未来出行与货运体系的形态与效率。

当前,世界各国在推进交通电气化的进程中,仍面临着充电网络建设、电池技术突破、电网协同调度、全生命周期碳足迹管理、政策与标准协同等多维度挑战。如何构建安全、高效、绿色、韧性的交通能源融合系统,成为交通工程、电气工程、能源技术与信息科学等多学科交叉领域的关键议题。

为促进交通电气化与新能源技术领域的国际前沿交流,推动学术研究、技术研发与产业应用的有效对接,本次会议以“交通电气化与新能源技术:融合与创新”为主题,旨在汇聚全球该领域的专家学者、工程师与企业代表,共同探讨电动汽车、智能充放电、车网互动、氢能交通、可持续交通系统等领域的最新进展,搭建跨学科、跨行业的合作与创新平台,共同推动全球交通系统向低碳化、智慧化方向可持续发展。

本次会议由 Elsevier 技术赞助,录用并注册的论文将提交 Elsevier Procedia 数据库,并按 Elsevier 审稿标准进行评审,并有机会被 EI Compendex、Scopus 检索。

Against the backdrop of the dual-carbon goals and the global systematic transformation of transportation energy structures, the transportation system is undergoing a profound shift from traditional fuel-driven modes to electrification, intelligence, and connectivity. The deep integration of new energy vehicles, smart transportation infrastructure, vehicle-road coordination technologies, and clean energy systems is reshaping the form and efficiency of future mobility and freight systems.

Currently, countries worldwide still face multi-dimensional challenges in advancing transportation electrification, including the construction of charging networks, breakthroughs in battery technology, coordinated grid dispatch, lifecycle carbon footprint management, and policy and standards alignment. How to build a safe, efficient, green, and resilient integrated transportation-energy system has become a critical issue intersecting transportation engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, and information science.

To promote international exchange on the cutting-edge developments in transportation electrification and new energy technologies and to facilitate effective connections between academic research, technological development, and industrial applications, this conference, themed "Transportation Electrification and New Energy Technologies: Integration and Innovation," aims to bring together global experts, scholars, engineers, and industry representatives. Together, we will explore the latest advancements in electric vehicles, smart charging and discharging, vehicle-grid interaction, hydrogen-powered transportation, sustainable transportation systems, and more. The conference seeks to forge an interdisciplinary and cross-industry platform for collaboration and innovation, jointly driving the global transportation system toward a low-carbon and intelligent sustainable future.

This conference is technically sponsored by Elsevier. Accepted and registered papers will be submitted to the Elsevier Procedia database, reviewed according to Elsevier standards, and have the opportunity to be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

Submission and Publication

所有的投稿都必须经过至少2位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式提交 Elsevier 出版,出版后将提交 Elsevier Procedia 数据库。

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 2 Technical Program Committee members at least. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Elsevier and submitted to Elsevier Procedia.

投稿注意事项

Submission Guidelines

  • 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。 (下载论文模板)
  • All submissions must be original research results not previously published in other conferences or journals. (Download Template)
  • 论文须按照IEEE会议论文模板撰写,英文投稿。
  • Papers must be written in English following the IEEE conference paper template.
  • 投稿将经过至少两位专家的同行评审,以确保学术质量。
  • Submissions will undergo peer review by at least two experts to ensure academic quality.
  • 被录用且完成注册的论文将由 Elsevier 出版,并提交 Elsevier Procedia 数据库收录
  • Accepted papers with completed registration will be published by Elsevier, submitted to the Elsevier Procedia database for inclusion.
  • 被录用的论文需在大会会场完成展示(张贴海报或口头汇报),才能进入出版流程。
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.
